About Joe
Having grown up in Jesus Green, I have spent my whole life living in Shoreditch and the surrounding areas. A lot of my personal time has been devoted to East London and I have seen the property market in the area grow both before and during my time working at Bridge.
I come from a family with an extensive backgro
und in the property industry occupying various roles in different areas of the market – this upbringing and family culture has instilled within me a great deal of unique knowledge. Such knowledge is extremely beneficial when interacting with both landlords & tenants.
As an experienced Lettings Negotiator I work hard to make sure the process is as smooth as possible for both the tenants and landlords as a foray into the property market can be a stressful venture. One thing that does make my job much easier is the extensive list of stock we have to hand which reduces the search time for my clients – a win-win!

What agent could do to change your mind?
I think the agent fees are too expensive, even though the service is good. I have rented properties for a number of years and have received the same standard of service without paying exorbitant fees. I do stress though that the service is good and I'm aware that it's the company that set the fees, not the individual agents.

It is a very trying time selling a home and looking for another. Joe Mulligan has shown us consideration and given us time to ensure we made a right decision.
