Perry worked in the Bridge Shoreditch Re-Sales & Lettings teams for over 5 years and brought extreme professionalism and sales nous to all of the roles he occupied.
Before working at Bridge Perry worked as a broker in the City of London and this experience instilled in him the desire to constantly strive for per
fection in his capacity as a salesman & all-round service provider – a desire that was worth its weight in gold during his time in the Estate Agency side of Bridge Shoreditch Ltd.
Perry made the move to our Land & Development team early in 2017 and remains involved with New Homes, Re-Sales & Lettings.

Worked with Perry and Sam to find our first property. Sam showed us the flat twice and we made an offer and had a response within 1-2 days. They also chased up solicitors for us on both sides, provided information from the housing agencies that our solicitors couldn't get, kept everyone moving quickly and in great communication throughout the process, and were an all around dream to work with. Really, highly recommend! They have beautiful, unique properties, are super friendly, and incredibly devoted and efficient. Very pleased we bought our first place with Bridge. Not a hitch the whole way through!

Sam and Perry at Bridge were just fantastic with the recent sale of our flat and purchase of our home - they were always timely at viewings etc, helpful in liaising with our purchasers and with the developer of our new house. They kept everything moving along with solicitors and so on, meaning that we went from first viewing to moving day in just 2 months! They are a credit to the estate agency profession and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and the rest of the team at Bridge.

As a Property Lawyer of 20 years, based in London, I have worked with a great many estate agents: some small independent agencies, others well-established - and more well-known - London-based agencies and other national estate agencies. With the dramatic explosion of the London property market, there have been many changes, none more so than in the way estate agencies have developed so as to deal with that market. Estate agencies nowadays are becoming more and more target-based, and there are some, regrettably, that act as though the numbers of their sales are more important than their dealings with people - including their fellow professionals; this shows in the way in which they handle the transaction, deal with their buyers and sellers and the way in which they deal with the lawyers acting for those buyers and sellers. Increasingly, we, as lawyers, find that there is little care for the legal issues and complexities that plague modern conveyancing transactions, with some agents seemingly only being concerned that the lawyer is standing in the way of the agent meeting their 'exchange [of contracts]' target for the week/month, stopping them from getting their bonus. Having dealt with Bridge recently on a few transactions, it's refreshing to deal with genuinely nice guys who are appreciative of the process and the work that I, as a Property Lawyer, do. Having very recently dealt with Perry, I've found him knowledgeable and professional, and understanding if there's a legal problem that I simply can't take a view on,...and also not afraid to get his hands dirty and muck in if I need something done to get a transaction progressed. I look forward to working with him again.

I was recommended to use Bridge by a very good personal friend in the realestate development business. As a first time landlord, Lizzie Horrod was excellent at making the process simple and easy for me, taking care of the whole listing process. Once the property was listed I was handed over to Perry James, who kept in regular contact, updating me on progress and viewings. He found me a tennant quickly and it was very evident that he knew exactly what he was doing. I felt confident and comfortable in their experience and ability. I would highly recommend this agent to anybody.
