We met up with Kurt Jenkins last week to view a property in Upton. Although we ended up putting an offer for another property with another agent, this was purely because the place we hope to buy ticks all the boxes for us. However we were very impressed by Kurt's professionalism and his very friendly manner. He even made arrangements for us to see a second property straight after the first one. This time it wasn't to be but we would have no hesitation in recommending Your Move and especially Kurt.

As a Senior Residential Conveyancer for a local but nationwide law firm, I have wide experience of dealing with estate agents on a daily basis. I am very pleased to say that Your Move Hobin Roberts in Duston, Jonathan and Warren in particular, were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They produced an excellent and accurate set of sales particulars, kept me updated during the marketing process, and secured a cash buyer in a difficult post-Brexit vote market. The Conveyancing process was handled by my colleagues, but Warren and Jonathan stepped in when necessary on those elements that required direct contact with the buyer, and without that, humps in the road would have been far more difficult to overcome. With so many sellers being lured into using online estate agents, who are keen to take your upfront payment but then not so keen to do anything thereafter, Jonathan and Warren were worth every penny of a fair and competitive commission. Don't be fooled into cutting corners and costs, you get what you pay for with agents and Conveyancing. Thank you to Jonathan and Warren, and I cannot recommend you highly enough. Many thanks again gents.
