We had a great experience with Your Move in Kingston. The team worked really hard when we had to buy and sell within a tight deadline. We could always get hold of them and they were great at chasing up the solicitors.

James Hibbert sold my property for me and did a very, very good job. His response to my queries and many e-mails was prompt and efficient. As I was an overseas owner, good communication through e-mail was the best form of communication for me and James respected that. When it was necessary to speak to me James would not hesitate in calling to confirm details etc.
I would definitely ask for James again if I were selling another property. James also went the extra mile after my property was sold and finalised by posting overseas to me a plaque that was on the outside of my flat, which had sentimental value - so he was more than happy to "go the extra mile". Excellent service and advice given throughout the sales process - so I was more than happy.

My partner and I have just completed on our first flat together, through Your Move Kingston. Throughout the process, both Chloe and James were extremely helpful and thorough. They went above and beyond the service we ever expected to receive, including recommending and arranging damp specialists for us and allowing us access on numerous occasions to measure up. I both sold and bought properties through Your Move. I first met Chloe on a property viewing and she was professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
She took on board my spec for our new house and got me in on a viewing for a property which fitted this. I left an offer on the table for this property while contracting your move to sell my flat. James Hibbert led on these negotiations and is an approachable and communicative branch manager.
Your move secured a good price on my flat in good time, and secured the purchase of the house I wanted. The legal process was complicated due to various issue and James and Chloe were patient throughout and always kept me in the loop, and always replied to my numerous emails!
They even went above and beyond on the moving day when Chloe drove to me to drop off the new keys as she knew it was difficult for me to get to the office with my young child. Would highly recommend them.

I have always had a poor regard for estate agent, Your-move only reinforced this with their totally unprofessional attitude. They treat tenants poorly and expect we do all the work for them. They charge exorbitant admin fees on initial signup and "admin fees" deducted from deposits.
