This is the first time I have had any dealings with beresford Adams and what a pleasure it has been I dealt with both Lindsey Jones and Jessica and what a asset to the company they both are. I met Lindsey at the viewing of my property and she couldn't have been any more helpful or a pleasure to deal with she made the process enjoyable and was happy to answer any questions and made me feel like I was her only client. She is a real asset to the company and then when receiving the keys only dealt with Jessica for about 10 minutes but felt like I had known her for a long period of time both girls are amazing and I could not fault them on anything and made the whole process exciting and enjoyable exactly as it should be.

Not sure about the sales side but the letting side is a disgrace. As a landlord I was constantly having to do the work they were paid for and the problem was exacerbated by the turnover of staff.
In the end I changed agents after twice in a row they cost me hundreds at checkout due to 'forgetting' what was in the property. Once they even forgot I had a back garden and the tenant got away with leaving it with over 200 pounds of damage. Shocking company.
The final straw was when the accidentally emailed me thinking they were emailing a tenant advising them to contest the legitimate costs I had incurred stating that they would help get them out of it!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This morning (08:43, 18.04.16) I received an e-mail from Jasmin Rimmer, Branch Manager of the Chester Branch of Beresford Adams. The e-mail informed me that on Friday tenants moved into 20, Wharf View and that monies would be paid into my account within a couple of days. This e-mail has nothing to do with me and I have never had any involvement with a property at 20, Wharf View. My only involvement with Befesford Adams was the transfer of a property occupied by my son to another letting agent. This is clearly a very basic administrative error and Jasmin obviously did not read her e-mail before sending it. It is just as well it did not include confidential information.

A total shambles, I viewed a property in Sandycroft and I was told the tenants had just left,as it was unclean and had damp coming through. and I was the told the damp would be fixed and the house cleaned,
there was no key for the back door which lead to the garage as I wanted to store some sound and lighting equipment and needed it to be secure.
I have an email saying the total cost would be �1800 and was charged over �2100.
I believed Beresford Adams to be the prestige company to deal with so I signed the lease.
On arrival the house was exactly the same filthy carpets dirty fridge freezer, the electrics was unsafe with holes in the fuse box
and live wires exposed on light fittings, at the back of a door there was a punch whole hidden bay a jiffy bag, the gagage door was being held by a weight at the back of it when I removed this the whole thing fell apart,the damp in the ceiling was covered by a board which had just been painted over and the paint was all over the carpet and the damp was still coming through.
I rang to say I did not want the house in this state I was asked to contact the landlord I said I do not want this house and I dropped the keys back .
now trying to get my money back I have emailed twice to no avail and received no reply as to how much will be returned.
I am disgusted that a firm like this can just wash there hands.
It looks like a legal appointment, thank god I took photographs

The entire Beresford team in Chester was outstanding. We were quite out of our element relocating here from the US. However, once we saw a place online that fit our needs, they were quick to show us the home, accept and process our application and get us out of a hotel and into a home fast. They also helped give us basic information that we didn't know as new tenants in this country. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

As recent arrivals in the UK (from Australia), our experience with Beresford Adams was very positive. It's always difficult to gauge the way things are done in a new country, and Jasmin always fielded and responded to our questions promptly. When I noted a problem was fairly urgent, they responded accordingly. Any delays were generally not on the agent's end, which I really appreciated. Overall, our experience has been very positive and we would certainly recommend Beresford Adams and Jasmin in particular.

Katrina who also looked after both the purchase and sale of our property's was extremely resourceful, her list of contacts were outstanding and was able to use them to sell our property, nothing was to much trouble and we were kept up to date of every stage of the way. Communication was exceptional. I have bought and sold my own properties in the past using different agents I can honestly say this is by far the best service I have received. WELL DONE Beresford Adams And in particular Paige and Katrina.

I have, and are receiving an excellent service from the Chester branch of Beresford Adams. Their professionalism and product knowledge is to be admired by their competitors. Since signing up with them the property incurred a couple of minor problems. These where dealt with, giving an outstanding result. The process Beresford Adams use is completely transparent, I was briefed at every stage, and I had control over the outcome. I did use their solutions as they were very competitive. I plan to remain with them and indroduce more properties for them to manage. Takes all the hassle out of the job.
