I would like to commend Zoe on her social and sales skills, which gave her the ability to open a new enquiry, understand our requirements and generate our interest (while out of office hours) which resulted in a sale of a property that we had not travelled to Treaddur Bay to visit. Having been a Sales Director for 15 years and a Managing Director for 6 years (and counting) I always look for (and appreciate) people who engage in their profession, who are proud and passionate to achieve success. Well Done Zoe, it was a pleasure to meet you and thank you for your support and information with securing our new property.

We purchased our property through Beresford Adams and were very satisfied with the service. Charlotte was particularly helpful in an open, friendly and understanding way. As were other ladies in the office.
Elfyn, unfortunately made more than one, what I considered to be, inappropriate comments. This I made known to him at the time. However, as we dealt with Charlotte mostly this was not too much of a problem.
On the whole the service was efficient, helpful and friendly.

Although there were problems selling the property Charlotte and Elfyn worked tirelessly to complete the transaction as soon as it was possible to do so.
We were kept informed of all viewings and any feedback that was given. Communication was excellent.
They also made sure that the property was kept in good shape for viewings as we were not in he property at the time of selling.
All in all the general customer service was excellent and I would recommend Beresford Adams to anyone selling their property.

An absolute pleasure to deal with Charlotte and Elfyn at Beresford Adams on Anglesey who both went the extra mile to get the property sold. We would have no hesitation in recommending to my friends and family if they were considering selling their property in the future. Forget Purple Bricks and the others from our experience we do consider Beresford Adams to be one of the best estate agents on Anglesey. There were a few issues that arose during the time we were trying to buy the property on the part of the seller. This put the dates for completion back. Due to our buyers being ready to move asap it put pressure on us as we had to re negotiate the sale date. Throughout this time Zoe was always on hand, following up with the seller,solicitors etc. She was very understanding of the situation from our side and I felt went the extra mile to try to get everything sorted asap. This last week in particular she has chased up the seller, solicitors and kept me informed about what has been happening. I feel strongly that without her help and support this week , again due to a few thing cropping up on the sellers side, that I may have gone over the top with stress. She has been polite and professional throughout the sale and she definitely saved the day this week. I would also add that any of the other staff I have spoken to have been friendly and helpful.

This estate agent listens to what you want and recommends property based on your needs and desires. I was heartily sick of being sent to inappropriate properties when I walked in to Beresford Adams. In addition we were looking to relocate from 200 miles away so had a short window in which to find a house. Elfynsaid tell me what you really want. We did. I do mean he listens carefully and he only sent us to properties that would be suitable he also ensured we got internal viewings in a hurry due to our situation. He cared and had all the time n the world for us. He even went out of his way to keys to get us into a house where the owner couldn't be present and took us round at the cost of his lunch break. Siobhan in the office bent over backwards too and her telephone contact was second to none from the minute we met right through to the completion of he sale. There were issues with the sale and siobhan stepped in to frankly sort them out entirely. Well outside her duties. I would recommend these agents to anyone because as a seller you will be sent truly interested parties because your house fits them and as a buyer too you don't look at house after house that is nothing like wha you need. In both cases there is nothing more frustrating than hours of viewings that are a waste of time. We also found Elfyn honest. We wer happyto tak on a property suited to our needs as it as or work on one that's iced the boxes but needed work. We found one that needed work and Elfyn was clear that much of the work was done by an amateur and needed checking for quality etc. Can't recommend these people highly enough.

Elfyn the manager is always contactable and jovial, Zoe is always very upbeat and communicative, keeping me well informed of all developments, just what you would ask of an agent.
Also, in this day and age of frugality..... I must say as being a landlord cost is very important. When I am looking at marketing a property for sale particularly I look fior value for money, I have always been given good and realistic rates which some other agents simply don't want to give.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Beresford Adams holyhead branch , Thanks

From my first consideration, to the property being purchased please bear in mind that I am neither a property tycoon or have wods of cash lying around, I work hard in a full-time job I support my family my wife, new baby an Autistic son and my 7 year old daughter and this was my first house purchase. I have to say though that both Zoe and Siobhan were absolutely fantastic, they have not only guided me through the process with ease but have helped me with the viewings around my timescales, have relentlessly continued to stay up-to date and on the ball with contact, to the management company owning the house, which I can tell you is no small feat when dealing with a repossession such as the one we have had. They have made every effort to see the transactions and exchanges go through smoothly despite being also mistreated themselves from the discussed outside sources. I have seen empathy and understanding for my situation and they have shown me a human and caring side for customers. If it wasn't for the kind knowledgeable and understanding of both Zoe and Siobhan I would have walked away long before now. In a nutshell they have offered excellent customer service, they have looked after me and my family, and I would definitely look to use only them in the future when selling,renting or maybe one day repurchasing a property. I not only applaud and thank-you very much for your hard work but I would like to say I have found some friends too. Thank-you

she is a true professional with a very kind, considerate and honest approach to one of the most stressful of times in ones life (buying a house!)
We would highly recommend her, there was noting that was too much trouble for Zoe, she always called back when we asked and did what she said she would do (this hadn't always been the case with other estate agents in our experience) she definitely went the extra mile to make this transaction as simply, quick and easy as possible. She is a credit to Beresford Adams and hope that she will pop in for a coffee when she is next in the area and we can say thank you personally.

Absolutely brilliant service from all of the agents at Beresford Adams in Holyhead when purchasing my second home.
Martin, my mortgage advisor, was very professional and competent at all times, helping me to receive my mortgage offer in a matter of days. He kept me updated constantly so that I didn't worry, making the 'getting a house' process much less stressful as a result.
Zoe was absolutely wonderful. Extremely helpful about any question I had no matter how silly it was!
She also kept me updated throughout chasing any outstanding issues that needed finalising.
Thanks to Beresford Adams, I found and bought a property easily and in a stress-free manner.
I would definitely use this branch again and would absolutely recommend them to other people. I can't thank them enough.

If we were to move again in the future I would definitely go back to Zoe and the Beresford team. They keep you up to date without being intrusive.
