Greg did a fantastic job in the selling of our property. We had previously been with another estate agent who was very poor in comparison. Greg had multiple viewings and kept is informed every step of the way. Even though it was tricky as he was working witj myself and my dad who were abroad a lot. He managed to always keep us updated and work relentlessly to get viewings and push the property. Even though Foxtons charge a slightly higher fee than some other estate agents they are definitely worth the extra as they are a different level. Couldn't recommend highly enough

The service I received was excellent. I was kept fully informed over the period the flat was on the market and received an update every Friday, plus
further updates in the week as issues arose. Adam gave me sound advice regarding price and negotiations and always returned my calls promptly.
As I am not resident in London, both Adam and
Michael helped me in lots of ways when issues arose concerning the flat.
An excellent service, which I highly recommend.

Overall a nightmare. What agent could do to change your mind?
Foxtons is more expensive than the other agents but in my case, definitely worth the money for the reasons outlined above. I have no objection to paying more if it means the service is so efficient and successful - and, ultimately, if it means I make more money on my house-sale.

The reason for this excellent score is quite simply because I received excellent service from beginning to end of the house-selling process. Adam valued my house accurately; other agents assured me his figure was wildly optimistic but he turned out to be absolutely right. This expertise was impressive and I'm really pleased I trusted him. Furthermore, he was extremely professional in managing the process. He knew it was important to keep me posted at every turn, to reassure me and to maintain a really positive outlook throughout - it can be a very worrying time for a vendor and there is no substitute for regular feedback however bad or good the news may be. His assistant, Debora, was also very positive and reassuring. The tricky skill of bringing together the various strands of the process was also in evidence in a quiet, efficient and patient way throughout: dealing with solicitors, other agents, the buyers, the paperwork and explaining the process - on some occasions, several times to me - was extremely well handled and I am very grateful. Debora demonstrated similar skills. Their excellent 'people' skills, sense of humour and indefatigable positivity made all the difference to me; I can even say I 'enjoyed' the process - which is unheard of! As a result of such professionalism and the excellent price I received for my house, I have no hesitation in recommending Foxtons to any prospective seller in the area. Well done Foxtons.

Once I had made an offer, support and regular progress updates were supplied by the second agent, who continued to maintain good communication throughout the final process.

Difficult to not say everything nice about Greg - he is persuasive, diligent, immaculately dressed, soft spoken but firm, knows his job very well, very friendly and yet focussed on the business in hand, great negotiation skills, and always ahead of the game. I don't think we would have achieved the price for our very much loved home without his involvement. When I was in practice as a chartered accountant I had several estate agents as clients and from experience of dealing with agents Greg is simply the best. He is not just someone who sold my house...... he is a friend for life.

Greg Boxer supported us throughout . We could not have asked for anything more.
He liaised with solicitor/ Buyer and completely kept us up to date every step of the way.
This was a leasehold property with a short term lease left on the property. So was not an easy straight forward sale and although there were problems and lots of information required which carried it on for longer than expected. Greg was at the end of a phone at all times to point us in the right direction.
I would recommend Fox tons but I would ensure they would ask for Greg Boxer if available.

Alice was extremely helpful when it came to helping me find a property. She regularly updated me with prospective properties and really took into consideration what I had told her I was looking for. She often showed me multiple properties at once, and really made en effort to work around my busy work schedule. She was really friendly and seemed to genuinely care about finding me a property, making the whole experience very pleasant and stress free. Being on the market for 4 weeks, I've visited more than 20 agencies and decided to write a recommendation only for Alice Carroll from Foxtons Twickenham. It didn't take me long to realise her honest, sincere and helpful personality, which was a great start to build a reliable agent-tenant relationship. She was clever to understand what I was looking for, something that many offices were missing. They kept sending me irrelevant property ads and calling me what I was thinking about them.
