Everyone who was involved in helping me sell my home made me feel as though they working just for me, no matter how many times I might call them in a day or week they were always on hand to answer my questions or put my mind at ease when I was stressing out, I think the guys at Castles in Turnpike Lane went beyond my expectations of what an agent should do for a client.

We received a good service through our purchase. We had informative updates every week and sometimes daily conversations with staff from booking viewings till the day we exchanged contracts. We have a dedicated complaints officer. As all our team are very well trained and love looking after people, he's never very busy dealing with complaints. So we get him out looking after our clients instead, but we're always here if you need us to look into anything.
