This agency is the worst agency I have ever had the opportunity to deal with in my life. Poor customer service and communication,don't feel welcome(feels like you are the second category human being),not helpful at all if you have any problem..you are left by yourself with anything!for any response you have to wait ages or you have been forgotten!constant mistake regarding if the payment has been made or not ,which is unacceptable, very disrespectful and upsetting.From the beginning to the end of the contract I felt very unhappy and all this time seemed like there always has been some issues going on ,which has contributed to my mood and living experience.In my opinion if you are doing something you should try your best to do at least on minimum level of positivity or don't do at all!!!
Try to put customer first! Being more professional and take customers seriously regardless any nationality!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
