It all started begging September 2018 when we viewed and put an offer for a property in Streatham.
The estate agent that showed the property sounded honest and polite, we put in an offer which was accepted within 24h. 3 weeks down the line (a week before our move in date) the contract comes via email with a cost of £50 pcm over the agreed offer that had been accepted.
When questioned with the agency they said it was a misunderstanding and there was nothing they could do. After various emails and calls with different managers they agreed to a £30 pcm discount still £20 over our initial offer, we took it in the chin and and moved in.
The flat proved to have lots of underlying problems which slowly came out (rotten windows handles, kitchen units falling off the walls, toilet water cistern falling off the wall due to age....), the agency kept on using a maintenance company which was very unreliable wasting 10 working days for me and my partner because they kept on missing appointments. On one occasion one of the so called engineers even turned up with a child a very erratic one.
We gave our notice and moved out, they did a check out (we did not have a check in done) an decided to charge us over £700 for pre-existing/wear and tear damages. When questioned they went down to £580 which has been disputed with the ombudsmen.
This said we are still awaiting the undisputed funds for over one and a half month probably generating interest on their bank account.
Having rented houses for over 20 years I have to say that Andrews is very unreliable, unprofessional and on my opinion cunning.
I would not re-use or recommend to anyone!
Avoid like the plague or COVID-19 (as more recent)

So shocked and upset. I should've read the reviews before starting the deal with this unprofessional company.
No response at all! Tried to call two days in the row to get to my "lettings agent" and was promised to get a call back, but never did!
At the beginning they were much better, but after we signed contract it turned into disaster! They sent us email, saying that they will replace furniture in the house, even though on the day, when we went to see the room, the lady confirmed that it all will stay the same.
Absolutely ridiculous, we were not told our check in time until the last minute.

We have now been letting out our property for a number of years and feel that Jason far exceeded our expectations on this occasion. He was extremely knowledgeable, always willing to assist and put himself out to arrange a meeting with prospective tenants at very short notice.
Jason also gave very helpful advice with regard to the extent of works that should be carried out between tenancies and I felt was always prompt in communicating matters across to the Tenants, which in my experience is key as their expectations were always met.
In short I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jason Brock and the letting services at Andrews (Streatham Branch).

Jason was very clear and concise in his information delivery. His manner was always professional and pleasant.
Lauren was the nicest estate agent I've ever dealt with. Extremely pleasant, very helpful and always promptly answered my questions. When I bragged about having sorted sorted out all the utilities, she even got me a cookie, which is what any business would consider going above and beyond in terms of customer relations.
Very pleased with this agency!

As a first time landlord I needed all the help I could get and I couldn't have been happier with the service these guys provided. Also moving abroad so didn't want the extra hassle of managing my place from out of the country which they also took care of extremely efficiently. Photos, viewings, all the relevant checks and tests needed were done within a few days with absolutely no problems. Also any issues I had were answersed immediately by phone or email. The process genuinely couldn't have gone any smoother.

I received too many phone calls though at the beginning of the process and it got to the point that I recognised the number and I didn't pick up. I think a checklist for me from the beginning would have been great as I felt I was going back and forth with various documents/details etc. Despite all this they did find me extremely suitable tenants, were very professional and I would use them again.
