We would not hesitate to recommend Sterling Estate Agents, in particular Mark and Nadine whom we dealt with on a regular basis. Mark took note of our requirements and only showed us properties which he felt fell within our requirements. We are now living in our perfect home. We found Mark and Nadine to be very professional, approachable, and knowledgeable. Keeping us informed at each stage of the process.

The fees were slightly higher than the previous agents but you get what you pay for, so we were happy to pay slightly more for a superior service

We had previously tried to sell our property using the two local estate agents in boxmoor which had proved to be a waste of some ten months. Sterlings were recommended to us by a friend so we asked for a valuation. After talking it through with Ben Bird we instructed the sale.
Everything was carried out efficiently and the property was marketed, after approx 2 weeks we had 3 best and final offers, we chose one and the sale completed some weeks later.
All of the staff we dealt with were excellent, they kept us up to date and informed throughout the process. After the previous experiences with the other agents Sterings made it seem easy.
We have already recommended them to other people and will continue to do so in the future.

All aspects of this purchase were undertaken professionally by Sterling at the Hemel Hempstead branch. Most of my dealings were with Thomas Jump who was always there when we needed him, however small the question, and always got us the answers we were looking for. Couldn't be more recommended from this buyers point of view - although you don't really get a choice on estate agents when you're buying so what's the point of a buyers review anyway?

Recognising the level of interest there was in the property, they arranged an open house event to which only serious buyers were invited. John showed us the property and recommended to the vendors to accept our offer as I really wanted to stay in the area of Woodhall Farm. I knew if I had any issues and I called John where every possible he would help me out. Mark was also very help on the day of our move again I had issues with solicotors saying that the monies had been sent onlf for Mark to find out that it was still in the process.
