Where should I start. These people are really nice until they get your money then they get rude and dishonest. I was told that th landlord would paint before we moved in and this wad a lie, interesting this was the same lie I heard them tell the other prospective tenants they brought round for viewings.
They still handed us the keys without having received the gas safety certificate and we had to go and sit in their office and refuse to leave until they gave us one.
The house we rented was in such a dirty state it took us 3 days to clean the kitchen appliances and bathroom. The carpet was so dirty we spent the whole time in slippers . It has been ages and we are still waiting for our £1500 deposit to be returned. The people here are rude and bad at keeping their word or following up. Keep away and rent from another agent. If not you will go through a lot of stress.

Be polite and professional. Stop lying. Follow through. Know the properties on their books, say it is a let only not managed before they take your money.Attached Filesnbsp;

Dont bother with this guys , Rude no courtesy. We saw a property and they wanted 550£ and they said they will revert called back after sometime and said another tenant took it , in that process landlord gets riped off as well. Wonder how landlord give them properties to manage ...
