I have recently bought a house through Lords. First of all, they were very good at advertising their houses and matching these with requirements of prospective clients, so I have not wasted my time looking around at homes completely unsuitable. I was able to view a property that was pretty much what I was looking for. I put down an offer which was accepted once I was able to supply the necessary paperwork. Lords have excellent with communication between myself and the seller. Sale went very smoothly.

A totally positive experience from start to finish. The initial visit and valuation by Rupert was very professional, he was also put us at our ease, his experience was obvious . As with most sellers I saw three seperate agents, but to be honest the choice was really made easy, and we went with Lords.
In terms of valuation Rupert was bang on the money. This became clear with the interest that we had on the open day, lost count of the number of appointments that were made. The work put inby alll the staff at Lords in arranging the open day paid dividends. We had FIVE offers as a result
of the initial launch, resulting in our asking price being exceeded by some margin. The asking price set was a major factor in this.
Once sold subject to contract Stuart took over the day to day management of our sale. He again was totally professional in his outlook. Importantly, as had been the case with Rupert, we were able to have complete confidence in how he handled the sale.
His calm and personable manner helps when you face the odd potential bump here and there as is always the case when selling your home.
Overall I can say that the experience we had with Lords was positive all the way through. We were delighted with the price they achieved and would certainly have no hesitation recommending them to friends or family.

Purchased property from lords estate agents. The agent who looked after me through out was Stuart baker. He never lost patience and kept me informed of any development. When I found the property which I have now purchased he kept in constant contact with me via phone and email. I have no words to express my thanks in the way he dealt with the complications that arose during this transaction. After our first set of buyers dropped out on exchange day they sprang into action and resold our flat within 4 days. They then helped to push for exchange within a tight timescale to ensure the chain stayed intact.
I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough. They have been brilliant.

In a market where properties were being sold in a weekend this was very frustrating so it was a great relief to meet the Lords agents who actually new what they were talking about and could answer queries on site. Once we had an offer accepted on the property we mainly dealt with Anthony May who was very helpful in getting us through the contractual stages. We had a lot a communication through Anthony and he was always on hand to respond to our queries helpfully and promptly.

I've bought and sold through many estate agents across London and I've found Danny and his team to be excellent at not just selling houses, they also work exceptionally hard to maanage the inevitable chain of buyers and sellers. In this case, Danny and Anthony showed great judgement in managing all the people in the chain (myself included!) and keeping us on track for a smooth transaction. The honest conversations that punctutated the entire process mean that I'll be using them again for my next sale.

We recently sold and purchased property with Lords.
As selling agents they used a really good open day strategy and we had three offers on our property within 2 days.
The property we purchased we viewed within a few days of it being listed and we were able to arrange two viewings before making our offer.
Throughout the buying and selling process Stuart Baker was great at keeping the process moving along, always had the information we wanted and was very lovely too. He was a real pleasure to deal with.
We thoroughly recommend Lords to anyone thinking of buying or selling.

From the outset I was impressed with all aspects of Lords' performance, but in particular; their pricing policy, their efficiency their advice and guidance to me as their client/customer and the way in which the property was marketed. Their intimate knowledge of the local market was invaluable, their updates and feedback were timely and their pricing and the way in which the property was marketed was most astute. This resulted in maximising interest and viewings, minimising time-wasters and acheiving a sale in excess of the asking price (and I think even their expectations). Eleven days from the property going on the market to the accepatnce of the preferred final offer within which there was 1 full day of viewings (30!) and a further evening (4). Following the agreed sale, Rupert and Anthony tenaciously pursued matters through to completion. A superb servce from Rupert, Anthony and Lords and I have no hesitation in giving them the highest recommendation. Cheers chaps!

Thought they charged a reasonable commission straight off without needing to bargain them down and liked their approach to bonuses if they achieve a higher price for you. All in all exceeded my admittedly low expectations for this profession!

The service we received from Lords Estate Agent (Kingston) over the last six months was superb. Our initial point of contact was Rupert, and then Stuart Baker took over. Despite the frenetic house market and the approach of Christmas Stuart was always efficient, personable, unfailingly polite and somehow found time to update at every turn. A 100% seamless and stress free service which I would throughly recommend. From start to finish of my sale I felt confident that the transaction was in capable hands and was unlike any other sale/purchase I had previously experienced, (i.e there was no talking the talk). I wasn't wrong! The level of detail and amount of contact was timely and well explained but without the feeling of being pushed to make decisions or under pressure.

Because my wife and I live in Stratford upon Avon we asked for a number matters to be dealt with; they were. We shall gladly recommend the team should the occasion arise.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
THE LORDS PARTNERSHIP LIMITED’S (“LORDS ESTATE AGENTSâ€) GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE
1. Lords Estate Agents, is a Member of The Property Ombudsman (TPO), and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all of its customers. To ensure that their interests are safeguarded and in the rare event that a problem arises, a complaints procedure has been introduced. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the management of the Company, and in the event that we are not able to deal with the issue to the mutual satisfaction of both parties, by reference to The Property Ombudsman.
2. If you believe you have a complaint, please write in the first instance to The Managing Director at:

3. A complaint will wherever possible be acknowledged within 24 hours but no longer than 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in accordance with established in-house procedures and a formal reply will be sent within 15 working days of receipt of the complaint.
4. If the complainant is not satisfied with the outcome of our initial investigation, they are provided with a further opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by another of the Lords Directors by writing again to the address shown above.
5. In the event that the final review as detailed above still fails to satisfy the complainant, then the complainant is at liberty to have the matter referred to the Property Ombudsman. We will submit our file to the Ombudsman on request and subject to consent. The complainant is also entitled to have their complaint referred to the Ombudsman should we fail to deal with matters promptly or not complied with our in-house complaints procedure within 8 weeks from the date we receive a written notification of the grievance.
