Hannells got a buyer for me pretty quick, although I'm not sure how thorough their checks were because I ended up having to lower the purchase price - albeit might be an issue with the markets rather than Hannells. The senior sales/consultants were responsive as was the sales progressor Debbie but I never felt, as the seller (the person paying), that I was the priority. It was always about the buyer. Strangely, when I've gone on to purchase a property, it seems I'm not the priority then either.
Hannells outsources things like the signage - it took forever for the for sale sign to be picked up - the progressor Debbie had to take charge of this before it was done.
Would I go through Hannells again? No, Hannells are quite expensive compared to competitors - I'm not sure what they did above and beyond... A key aspect for me was to feel like an individual - but most of the time, I felt like they viewed me as a hindrance.
