I cannot express my gratitude enough.
Nicky Neal was our contact for the purchase and we couldn't have wished for a better person. She was organised, professional, compassionate and tenacious.
If Beercocks have a reward programme, I cannot recommend her enough for the highest award. If I ever come to sell my new house, I won't hesitate to go straight to Nicky.
Between her, Georgia and Jade, we managed to keep our sanity and not break down and drop out of the sale. All three went above and beyond when things got extremely difficult for us; it felt like they were the only people in the process who were treating us like humans (difficulties with solicitors and others!).
A massive thank you to all three for being there when things were at their worst.
