As a buyer, they provided a fantastic experience! Belinda communicated everything to us clearly and regularly, making the whole process much smoother than I've come to expect from other agents. Ours was not an overly unique situation, but it did have special circumstances, where our sellers would only sell, if they managed to secure the specific house they wanted to buy. This obviously left us not knowing whether the sale would proceed until they secured their onward purchase, however Belinda kept us informed of the status of their onward purchase throughout the process. On top of everything, our Estate Agents for our own sale, were more than useless and Belinda expertly navigated their nonsense, to secure the information she needed to progress our purchase, against all odds! Would highly recommend!
