Strakers estate agents decide themselves weather an offer on a house is acceptable before they even advise the seller. I thought it was their obilgation to advise the seller of any offer that gets put on the table!!
I found this very rude and would never use Strakers (Malmesbury) to sell my property!! BUT feel that people should know befoer they get Strakers to sell their property
I even had to chase them on the fourth day, to be told that they never passed the offer on as it wasn't the asking price and the offer was low (the house need gutting and central heating)
I would NEVER use an esate agent who feels its his decision weather he puts your offer/feedback to the seller!!
