Andrew Greene, Tony Hodges and Samantha Birks in the Blackfen Sales team have supported us through a complex (and long) leasehold sale. They were really helpful throughout the process, and brought humanity to a sometimes fraught situation. I would highly recommend the team. They really know their stuff and are pragmatic and realistic.

Robinson & Jackson found us lovely bungalow. Dealt mostly with Natalie who was absolutely brilliant. Always welcomed any questions or concerns we had. From his initial visit we received excellent advice and consistent support from Andrew. He always returned our calls and did what he said he would.
He always kept us fully informed and reminded us actions needed.
At uncertain times with the chain ,he acted for us in a professional manner and took the time to listen to our concerns He listened advised and informed with patience.
We never at any time felt he was unaware of our case therefore time was not wasted recapping developments .The whole process was managed by his steady committed and proactive approach to achieving the goal .

Sam, in the progression team (Robinson and Jackson Sidcup/Blackfen) is AMAZING. She worked tirelessly hard to progress all aspects of our chain. She wasn't even our agent, she was our vendors', but she personally made us feel she truly cared about us. Sam ensured that any worries we had were ironed out immediately and gave us so many updates, also updating everyone else in our chain! So professional, always upbeat and pushing things along even when it was outside her remit. This lady has contacts everywhere! Three months into the process our chain broke down below us but Sam still worried about us even though we were not her clients. We were so lucky to have had Sam working in our chain and we are so grateful for all the help she gave us.

After using a different agent who were not successful in finding a buyer for my Mother's house, I hired Robinson Jackson - Andy Greene the branch manager took great photographs and suggested a realistic selling price. There was always a friendly, helpful voice at the end of the phone when I needed it. Highly recommendable agents!

I found the agency Robinson Jackson,Blackfen, very high-handed when they conducted the viewing on a property. They were rude and insulting on the phone. I wonder what the vendor would think when they realise how unpleasant an experience it was to view their property with an agency that treats potential buyers so shabbily.
Don't think I will be approaching Robinson Jackson anytime soon.
