Excellent, excellent excellent.
Beercocks have been an invaluable support from start to finish for us during the sale of our house. Their team are professional and friendly, keeping us updated regularly with no need to chase or prompt them even when very busy.
Elaine in particular has been wonderful; she contacted us with weekly updates and always got back to us with responses to our queries quickly. We really felt like she had our best interests at heart.
We also had a great experience with Belinda and Hazel, who were so welcoming and friendly when we first visited the holderness road office. Belinda helped us a great deal in the first instance getting our property onto the market and advising us on offers and viewing results. She chased each viewer for feedback and again, always kept us informed of developments swiftly.
I will mention that there was one small misunderstanding which could have spelled disaster, but I find the measure of a business is more in how they deal with setbacks and concerns than how they trade when everything is going well. In this case we were very impressed with Beercocks' response. They took an issue which could have threatened our experience and turned it into another strength, demonstrating again their focus on customer service and satisfaction.
I'm just really happy with our whole experience and although we expect to stay in our new home for many years, we will be returning to Beercocks if ever we should need to sell.
