My buyer died, after waiting about two weeks over xmas, someone offered me 20K less than asking price which when dealing with property at 200K is massive! Robinson Jackson tried to make me take the offer so that their sale would go through, i was pressurised over xmas, which was very unpleasant. Someone did eventually bid the asking price on my flat, In mean time Robinson Jackson had relisted the property it was now listed at 5K more than i was buying it. i was 3/4 way through buying process, but they said would honour the viewings (for sake of 5K). they never got back to me, eventually told me the vendor not contactable til Monday. On the Sat i told them i was pulling out, half hour after my email, miraculously they said the owner wanted to go ahead with me and had just popped in the office...at this point i was exasperated with the lies and deceit so i pulled out...really did not like dealing with them at all - could not trust anything they said or did!
