My previous tenant through this agent made various damages including deep scars in the wood floor. The deposit went to a mydeposit.com under the agent's account, where I have no control on. It was far less than I expected and all they say is this is all that they can offer. They close the case even before I can look at the detail of how the case was concluded. In the checkout process, they hired a checkout service company, and I was not given a chance to read the report to see if I can agree. The agent hired different plumbers instead of those I have used in the past (and know the property well), and did not put the right boiler pipes. It was different from the recommendation I had. The agent tried to force me to do which I was not comfortable with. I have not received any inspection reports from the agent. In short, they don't keep their words and their operations were not transparent. When the contract expired, I decided to use a different agent and put an ad with the new agent as a sole agent. Later Liv International posted an ad of my property without my consent. I had to ask them several times to drop it, and it took a month.
