Please be careful with this agent if you can't provide a guarantor they keep your deposit and give the property to someone else,when you have completed all they asked for. My daughter now has the inconvenience of fighting for this back. And we will not give up.

Nathan was so helpful with finding my son a suitable property to rent. I spoke to him on the phone several times and he was always very patient and helpful with my questions. He went above and beyond to find the right property, in the right area. Unfortunately, several of the other agents in the area were not nearly as good as Nathan.

We are long term tenants in a property managed by NMR. We've always recieved seamless service when any repair issues have arisen. We have had inspections and contract renewals as expected over the years but they have always been smoothly organised, flexible around work and caused minimal interruption to us. Faultless and always lovely. Happy long term renters and would recommend to both tenants and landlords.
