What do you do at NMR Lettings?
Hello! I'm the proprietor and general manager, and no day is ever the same. My role deals with all aspect of Residential lettings from Viewings to Valuations, Property Management and Finance. I am passionate about property, innovating wherever we can, bringing in new processes and
systems into the business and creating new ways to deliver high quality service to our Tenants and Landlords.
What did you do before NMR Lettings?
For seven year previous to NMR Lettings I had been with two other leading Estate Agents in the North East working In Durham City, Darlington and Yarm. I have worked in every position within the lettings industry from behind the scenes property management, front office Negotiator, Student Co-ordinator through to Lettings Valuer and Regional Area Lettings Appraiser up until the decision to create NMR Lettings after spotting a gap in the market for a hybrid style Letting Agency in Durham.
What's the best bit about working for NMR Lettings?
NMR Lettings was born at the start of summer 2014 with the vision of providing a fresh approach to quality Tenants and Landlords across County Durham. We wanted to deliver a first class service, and were able to do this with innovative ways of streamlining the process and intend to do so further to meet the demands of an ever changing market.
The business developed quickly through referrals and now manages a large portfolio of properties across the North East. I'm excited about the growth of the business and, as an ambitious company, we are keen on expanding further our property portfolio across County Durham. We are proud to build on our passion and continue to promote our transparency within the property sector.
What are your hobbies?
I enjoy going to the gym, I enjoy films, eating out and socialising, but most of all, spending time with my lovely family.
An interesting fact about you?
I created NMR Lettings from the ground, with an investment of only £1000. Referrals and recommendations have been the key to our success
What is your dream home?
My dream home would be located near the sea with panoramic windows, an infinity pool and a bar with steps leading down to the beach. I'll throw a dock in there too for my yacht. I like to dream!
