About Robyn
New to NMR Lettings for 2018, Robyn a previous landlord herself with good general knowledge is currently studying towards her NFOPP course in residential lettings and property management
What do you do at NMR Lettings?
I divide my time between looking after the general phone calls, administration and conductin
g viewings with Tenants, which gives me a real feel for what Tenants expect when they rent a property in Durham. I enjoy making contact with new landlords, to speak about our services and find excellent quality properties to help keep our tenants happy.
What did you do before NMR Lettings?
Before I joined the NMR Lettings team. I worked as a Business Manager for Loreal and have over 10 years of management and customer service experience.
What\'s the best bit about working for NMR Lettings?
Every day is an opportunity for me to learn new skills and deal with new situations.
What are your hobbies?
My main hobbies are Travel, Reading and trying to fit the gym in when I can.
An interesting fact about you?
I used to be a mini motivator!!
What is your dream home?
My dream house would be a 5 bedroom detached property with a large garden with a large decking area for BBQ’s and more importantly the hot tub! Oh and a double garage and lots of storage.

During pandemic lockdowns they were always available and very mindful of our situation holding back on any works whilst we were isolating due to Sarah's medical conditions. If we could give more than 5 stars we would, Nathan, Robyn and staff deserve it.

Nathan and NMR Lettings reverses those trends for me and my monthly rent disbursements have been regular and I am very happy with his NMR Lettings services. Highly recommended.

I have been with NMR for a bit over a year now. Since taking over the management of my property the service received from Nathan and Robyn has been nothing short of exemplary.
It is not just the work they undertake. As a long distance landlord I find the excellent communication reassuring. From check-in, clear inventories, regular updates on viewings, mid-tenancy updates with photos, all helping to reassure everything is running smoothly.
When work is required they are happy to recommend the approach. The tradesmen used provide quality at a good value. As another reviewer mentioned these are generally smaller traders, which helps to boost local businesses as well as keep costs down through no added VAT due to their lower revenue.
In the past 12 years of letting my property, this past year is the first that I can say has been fully stress free. It's amazing what a difference a quality letting agent can make.
