All of our properties are well managed and our landlords are very pleased to deal with a local, specialist Agent with expertise in our field. We have 13 staff
and 5 with more than 20 years experience. We provide a rental guarantee to our Landlords which is not insurance based. Due to our excellent performance the vast majority of our properties come from recommendations from satisfied landlords.

From the very beginning of the rental process, everything went smoothly, and the Brookdale team proved to be professionals, ready to address any issues and ensure a comfortable living experience.
During these two years, any problems that arose were resolved promptly and efficiently. For example, when repairs were needed, specialists were dispatched quickly, and all work was completed to a high standard.
Brookdale Property Management truly cares about their tenants, which is evident in their attention to detail and willingness to help in any situation.
I highly recommend Brookdale to anyone looking for a reliable landlord with excellent service.

Knowing that you get quality tenants and rent always received on the due date, enables me as a landlord to repair and modernise the property as necessary. I am a landlord of two properties in Peterborough and Brookdale have managed my properties for 20 or so years. During this period Brookdale have manged these properities, ensuring that both the needs of the landlord and the tenants are met, ensuring that as a landlord I can maintain my prioperties to a high standard and also ensure that my tenants are getting an excellent service and have repairs seen to expediently. I would recommend Brookdale as a letting agent to any landlord/lady renting properties in the Peterborough and having rented for several years when I was younger, with varying experiences of quality, I would be confident to rent from Brookdale.

We have been with Brookdale for 18 years. They are proactive, know the market very well, get good tenants, are always ready to give advice and assistance, and have a genuine passion for their industry. As an example, when a tenant gives their 1-month Notice I always receive an email/letter/phone call the same day. They have a good network of tradesmen. Their tenants always look after my properties and leave them clean and tidy. I cannot remember the last time that a Brookdale tenant missed a payment.This can happen with other agents and is an easy point to overlook. Their standards are high, sometimes too high, and they see where money needs spending on a property before I do, but it always results in better tenants who look after the properties. They have become a benchmark for other agents, who I have known them to spend time with, in order to raise the standards in their industry. Brookdale are the go-to Property Agents in Peterborough.
Comments on Agent Fees
By being on top of the game in all aspects of Property Management, including software, they have streamlined the business and can keep costs to 10% (plus vat). Once tenant fees are abolished this will be a further challenge to all Agents.

I always get quick responses to any maintenance issues and these are resolved quickly and good clear communication throughout, I have been pleased with all the property management since moving in and the property was in really good condition with a detailed inventory completed. I did find the process of applying the tenancy quite extensive with the amount of detail and formschecks required which was more than I had previously experienced renting but this was all processed efficiently to get my tenancy confirmed.
