I am a landlord of two properties in Peterborough and Brookdale have managed my properties for 20 or so years. During this period Brookdale have manged these properities, ensuring that both the needs of the landlord and the tenants are met, ensuring that as a landlord I can maintain my prioperties to a high standard and also ensure that my tenants are getting an excellent service and have repairs seen to expediently. I would recommend Brookdale as a letting agent to any landlord/lady renting properties in the Peterborough and having rented for several years when I was younger, with varying experiences of quality, I would be confident to rent from Brookdale.

We are really happy with how everything has been managed, Brookdale has made our move easy and as stress free as possible. Our main contact has been Dave and he has been great and extremely helpful when we have had any issues. Very different to other agencies we have had in the past as everything has been fixed in a timely manner and without questioning whether there was anything wrong or not. The contractors had always been professional and efficient, also very different to other experiences we have had in the past. 100% recommend this agency.

was a tenant with Brookdale for 2 years and can't fault them. they were always reasonable, polite and professional. Towards the end of my tenancy i had a serious car accident and had to request an extension of my notice as i was struggling to manage within the time frame. Brookdale were very understanding and engaging and helped us out as much as possible, reassuring and giving us as long as possible for the move. Their personal approach really did make a difference at such a difficult time.
