I have been renting a property with Brookdale Property Management for two years, and my experience has been exceptionally positive. From the very beginning of the rental process, everything went smoothly, and the Brookdale team proved to be professionals, ready to address any issues and ensure a comfortable living experience.
During these two years, any problems that arose were resolved promptly and efficiently. For example, when repairs were needed, specialists were dispatched quickly, and all work was completed to a high standard.
Brookdale Property Management truly cares about their tenants, which is evident in their attention to detail and willingness to help in any situation.

I used Brookdale back in October/November to move in to my first property. The process was smooth and easy, and communication was really good. On my move in day, I was given all the relevant information which they took the time to go through with me, and have since had good communication with the agency too in regards to any issues or questions I've had. I've moved in and have had no issues with the place itself either. The service is perfect and properties are really good for the rent.

We have found our experience as Landlords with Brookdale to be incredibly easy and helpful. Compared to the service we have received from another letting agent in another part of the UK, Brookdale are simply in another league. They totally keep on top of things, which is best both for tenants and landlords. As landlords we want to be fair to our tenants, so when things go wrong, they need to be fixed immediately. Brookdale see to this, as well as being proactive on all sorts of other things. I would thoroughly recommend Brookdale, and only wish other letting agents were similarly as good.
