In my search for a new apartment for my fianc© and I, Brookdale wasn't a name that I first came across but I am very grateful that I did find them! Our initial viewing went very well, the person who showed us the apartment was very friendly and had the answers to every question we asked. He explained to us the application process and was happy to stay with us as long as we liked, but unfortunately had to rush off to another appointment! The team at the office we're also very helpful. We were running late for our appointment after having to rush around to get the documents we needed and allowed us to fill in the paperwork at the office. During the process, we had plenty of contact over the phone with the agency, and moved in just over two weeks later. The move in went very smoothly, and they happily allowed us to come in separately to sign forms because of my fianc©'s work hours. Out of all of the agents we saw, Brookdale were by far the most accommodating to our needs and situation, the most helpful and the friendliest. My only negative feedback to give is the fact that they prefer to use email as a primary method of contact, which with us relying on our mobile internet and WiFi hotspots around the town, didn't really work for us and any important emails weren't able to be answered promptly. That only lasted for the first two weeks, and now that we have internet in our property, it isn't an issue at all. Thank you Brookdale for being so pleasant to work with!
