I can't say that I would recommend this agent, my first issue came when I was viewing, I looked at 2 properties in the morning and that afternoon called to make an offer to be told that the property had been sold that I wanted to offer on, before looking to get any feedback from myself or seeing if I would like to offer more. I did agree on a different property, and on a second viewing arranged, the viewing lady did not turn up, after 15 minutes of waiting outside I called the office where she answered and told me she thought the viewing was at 10:30am not 10am, after checking the diary she confirmed it was in there for 10am. Between making the offer and completion I was not contacted or updated once on the progress On the day of completion they left me a message to state I could collect the keys and to call to when I would be over, I called back an hour later and there was no answer, I drove over from Swindon to get to the office and find the sign saying Open, the A boards outside, the lights on but the door locked, I stood outside for an hour waiting, after an hour (I know this as I had to get a new parking ticket) they came back telling me that they had 2 staff off sick and they were all out doing viewing, this I understand, what annoyed me was no message on the door stating when they would be shut or a phone message telling me not to come between certain times. One positive was that when I got to the property and found it still to be full of furniture that they did get hold of the vendor and solicitors stating that it was not acceptable, and gave me the contact details of the vendor from which I have been able to arrange getting some money towards clearing the property. Overall my feeling are that it was not a great experience

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
