I am a first time landlady and Stuart has been so helpful with the setting up of my property to let. Also, there was a large hiccup with my buy to let mortgage. I asked Stuart for advice and he offered to phone my solicitor if that would help. It did and the mortgage went through smoothly. In my experience all staff at Northwood are very pleasant and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this branch to anyone who is thinking of letting, renting or buying a property. The Guaranteed Rent Scheme is fantastic.

Archie Blacker, the senior sales and lettings negotiator was very helpful and extremely professional when it came to selling the property recently. He maintained regular and timely contact with us throughout the process. He was able to answer all our questions fully and gave welcomed advice when necessary.

I have rented through Northwood Salisbury for the past 2 and a half years. The service I received was exemplary, the processes were painless and efficient.
The staff have been very friendly and supportive (this was my first time renting having recently left my marital home, I'm not the best with forms etc)
Throughout the team have been brilliant and have communicated regularly to ensure that everything was as it should be.
When there was an issue with any part of the flat (light switch was one example where it had broken from the wall) the team wasted no time in getting someone out to fix it so that the flat was in great condition for me to live in. Easily a 5* service, thank you!!!

Adam and Pari helped us with our interim move to Andover. They were both very helpful from the outset; professional; approachable; and dealt with our queries promptly. This was our first time renting a property and the friendly way in which Adam and Pari dealt with us helped put us at ease at a time which could otherwise have been quite stressful. We had a few teething troubles with the property and Pari was great in sorting these out for us. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone at the Salisbury office which has a really friendly atmosphere as well as a professional approach. This was a marked contrast with some of the other agents we dealt with in our property search and we would not hesitate in recommending Northwood to others.

My first time selling, but they made it easy - particularly Maryam who dealt with the sale. They gave a great rate and a professional service, including providing very good pictures of the property and marketing it at the right price. Furthermore, when the completion date was set and my onward chain wasn't ready, they offered me a rental property for a month until I was ready to move. Will definitely be using them again.

I needed to move into the Salisbury area in July 2015 and had started looking for a property to rent in May 2015 to give myself and the agent plenty of time to find somewhere suitable. Having phoned several agencies and provided my details and also having completed online registration forms I was not being contacted by any of them. Therefore in May 2015 I visited Salisbury for a weekend only to find that every agent I visited had failed to record my details on their computer or was too busy to speak to me when I turned up on their doorstep. The reason given was that the property market was so buoyant that they did not need new customers and as I did not live in the area I was not a priority for them. NORTHWOOD WAS THE EXCEPTION. I was treated with respect and they listened to what I needed and recorded the information. Within 24 hours they had found the perfect flat for me which would be available in the timescale I needed. They were quick with the initial paperwork and always dealt with any queries by the close of business the day that they were made. The flat is perfect for me because they listened to what I needed and tried to match it, even in a market where properties were going so fast that other agents were insisting I take whatever they offered me rather than trying to find one that met my needs, Northwood put me first as a customer. It made a very difficult time for me so much easier.
