I contacted this agent via the contact button on their website on 25/11/24 requesting a home report and viewing, I received an acknowledgement that I would be contacted but was not, the following evening I contacted again via rightmove website and again received an acknowledgement that I would be contacted re the property for sale in Galloway Crescent, so far again I have not. Not only is this rude but also bad customer service, they must not care about prospective purchasers but by extension not care about their sellers if they ignore people wishing to view a property

We have now used Knight Bain three times but this is the first time Kai has helped us.
Kai is professional,informative, witty and fun.
Buying and selling your home is stressful but Kai took all that stress away. You can trust Kai.....he will sell your home....he will find you a new home.
You can trust him,he has your best interests at heart and is a joy to be in the company of.
The buyers of our new home said Kai is delightful and knowledgeable and gave them all the information they needed to do with the house and our village.

Kai at KnightBain dealt with the sale of my house and he was excellent from start to finish. He made sure I was informed at every stage and that I was kept up to date throughout. His communication was excellent. He answered all my questions with patience and clearly has great knowledge of the job. He made a stressful time of selling my house a quick and easy process. KnightBain are easy to contact and always very pleasant. I'd had a bunch of agents in to value my 3 bed semi and I was thrilled with their valuations. I was about to sign up with one of them but my solicitor said "why not get Knight Bain in, we prefer to work with them".
I didn't want to, but because I trust my solicitor I just did it. I really couldn't be bothered with yet another estate agent poking about but I booked an appointment with Knight Bain and they sent me Pam.
Wow. She was like Mary Poppins on Zoloft, as soon as I opened the door I knew I liked her.
Pam sat down and immediately pulled out pages and pages of recent home sales in my area. She knew exactly what my house was worth before she even got here and I can tell you she utterly shocked me by saying my house was worth £15,000 more than all of the previous evaluations.. If you're looking for an estate agent who does their research then go no further than Pam.
Pam tells you what's what and she tells the truth. She's no nonsense, professional and as soon as you meet her you just know that you trust her. Other agents tell you what you want to hear but there's no flannel with Pam. It's so refreshing to to be given an honest opinion about your house. She actually cares about not only you the seller, but about who's buying the place as well. She's very unique in the estate agency world, a true gem.
If you get Pam as your agent then you're very lucky.

Pam has been excellent from the start of the selling process to the end.
I was selling a rental property and it needed work to bring it up to a standard for selling. She recommended an excellent property maintenance service. She kept in touch throughout the process and was always at the other end of the phone if I needed her.
My property sold within 4 days of going online and the full asking price was received.
This is the second time in a year I have used KnightBain and on both occasions I have been delighted with the service and the price I received for my properties. The first property was sold for thousands over the valuation price.

Selling ones home is one of the most stressful processes that anyone can endure. Finding an estate agent you can trust and one who is honest is key to making this process bearable.
From the outset of meeting Pam Leith her ability to put you at ease, her knowledge of the business, her efficiency, and her ability to provide you with all the vital information you need and guide you through the sale was next to none. Pam herself is someone who is approachable, cares about you and will go that extra mile to make sure that you are supported and informed at every stage of the whole process. Without her excellent skills I do not believe that my home would have sold so quickly and the whole sale had gone through with little difficulty. She is such an asset to Knightbain who she represents. As for the company itself I felt that the service I received from other members of the staff were also efficient and their cost extremely fair for the service they provided me.
