I felt very comfortable with Pam, she was highly professional but at the same time very down to earth and approachable, nothing seemed to much trouble.

Pam was a star throughout the process of selling our property in Seafield, Bathgate, she was professional and calm when everyone else was stressed. We had a difficult chain which was not moving as expected but at every turn Pam worked with all parties to keep everything together and ensure that we got there in the end.

This is the 2nd property I've sold with KnightBain and both times have sold within days as they know the West Lothian property market extremely well. Pam was a star throughout the process of selling our property in Seafield, Bathgate, she was professional and calm when everyone else was stressed. We had a difficult chain which was not moving as expected but at every turn Pam worked with all parties to keep everything together and ensure that we got there in the end.
The property I bought was also marketed by KnightBain, I viewed with Pauline who was knowledgeable about the property itself and the area. She was efficient at coming back to tell us we had been successful with our offer so there was no endless waiting on tenderhooks.
Photos, website listing and service from everyone in the office was excellent, special mention to Kai who always called back as promised.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with KnightBain (after a recommendation) over a period of 6 years -first when letting my property out and then again when selling.
Gavin provided an exceptional service from day 1, when I walked through the doors of their offices, providing me with all the support/information and guidance needed in my new role as landlord. The excellent support from Gavin continued through a period of 6 years, dealing with multiple tenancy changes and many questions from me that came up during that time. Gavin always went out of his way to be tremendously helpful and reassuring with his knowledge. Top class customer service from a genuinely informative, helpful and nice guy.
I then had the pleasure of working with Pam when it came to selling my property. Again, from day 1 I knew I was in the right hands. Pam's guidance, knowledge and professionalism is remarkable. I can not rate it high enough. The selling process has been stress/trouble free and I have Pam to thank for that.
From a genuinely happy customer, I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
I could not recommend KnightBain more. The service I have received has been nothing short of fantastic!

Pam Leith in particular was helpful and supportive every step of the way. You can tell from the beginning that she knows the local market and her valuation was spot-on. She was always approachable and more than happy to answer questions.
The whole process concluded very quickly and was as stress free as possible. A great feat, especially during these peculiar post-lockdown times.
A big "thank you" as well to Emily Lynch, who was always very fast in sending me home reports and arranging viewings when i was searching for a property.
When the time comes to sell again, i'll just give them a call directly and don't think i'll bother with getting quotes from other agents.
