I couldn't rate James Sellicks higher.
We instructed James to manage the sale of a piece of land for us that had been a long route to get to market.
He was amazingly responsive, thorough and clear and always made time for me if I had questions.
He managed to secure us a sale within a few weeks at a price higher than we could have dreamt.
Literally one of the best estate agents I've ever worked with.

When It looked like our sale was in jeopardy the team at James Sellicks worked up and down the chain to ensure things kept on track. Our experience was completely satisfactory. The sale of my mother's property was far from simple but throughout the process we were kept informed & up to date on what was happening then Rita chased things if they went quiet to see what was happening & if she could do anything to get things moving again. We did have a bumpy ride & when things were tricky both Rita & James were there to present options & advise us, then when Rita was absent & we hit a snag Poppy took up the fight & injected some much needed umph into the situation that got things heading in the right direction. Everyone we encountered was smart, polite & professional & tried hard to make the sale as easy as possible for us.
