About Chris
Chris joined Parkgate in 2011 having spent 20 years in the glamourous (it wasn’t!) world of the diamond industry. In his time here, he has comprehensive experience and gained industry exams in, all aspects of the industry from sales, lettings, property management.
Predominantly working in Putney (and to be hone
st mostly found in numerous coffee shops close to where he lives in West Putney), he is currently dealing with Parkgate’ s renewal procedures and keeping abreast of the ever changing legislation involved in estate agency.

I have had a long standing working relationship with Parkgate. They sold my flat to me back in 2010 (As Aspire) and managed the letting of the flat since 2014. Chris has been an excellent agent from the first viewing until exchange of the keys.
Even before I saw the property, Chris described the property exactly as it was with no surprises.
Chris promoted the area and its benefits and gave me plenty of time to come to a decision.
Chris has gone the extra mile all the time to keep the process on track and ensure everyone was up to date.
As a first time buyer, a lot of the process was new to me, and so I had many questions - all of which could be answered by Chris, which he did so happily and quickly.

We rented a property from Parkgate Estate Agent for 2 years and I can say we were very happy with them. All the way from the initial viewing to the return of the deposit all members of staff acted professionally and they were always helpful. If we ever needed anything it was always dealt with swiftly and with the minimal amount of disruption. If I was to rent again in South London I would definitely use this Parkgate again.

We've used Parkgate to buy and sell property for us in the past, and were extremely satisfied with our experience. When it came to appointing an agent to manage our tenanted property (and beloved family home) we didn't want to look anywhere else. Chris is fantastic - professional, knowledgable, very pleasant and understanding of what we were after in a managing agent given we were moving to the other side of the world. We have full confidence in Parkgate's proven attention to detail, efficiency, honesty, friendly approach and most of all trust that they will fulfil all elements of our agreement whilst making the process as easy for us as possible. With highly competitive fees there is no reason to go with anyone else! And finding tenants one day 1 of going to market was icing on the cake!
