Parkgate Estate Agents helped my partner and I find a rental flat in Richmond. It was comfortably the best experience either of us have had with an estate agents. They were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. Marc showed us around the property and gave us advice on what offer we might put in to secure it, without it ever feeling like we were being upsold. Susie has been our point of contact throughout referencing and the move itself, she has been very quick to assist with any questions we might have. I've never found myself remarking on how good an estate agent was until now.
