Couldn't be happier with the high level of customer care provided by both Tony and Rebecca who have shown great initiative in helping me move in some challenging circumstances.
I've been really impressed with their ability to think on their feet and provide a solution, making it a lot less stressful to move.
I highly recommend them both. Hills Residential certainly deserves to be an award winning agency reflected by the friendly and professional service!

Agent fees are on par with most other agents. If anything I'd say lower in comparison to some of the main agents in the field.

There were a couple of issues which Tony sorted out straight away and he has been great throughout the process. I have had no issues whatsoever since.

We recently sold our house with the help of Tony at Hills Residential. Our house had previously been on the market for several months with another estate agent, with very little sign of interest. From the minute Tony took over the sale, everything changed for the better. We were both so so happy with the service provided by both Tony and Rebecca. Rebecca was just as fantastic, meeting us on a tight time schedule (thank you!!) at the property. She was really friendly and helpful and made the entire process an absolute breeze. We've had a bad experience with a really poor letting agent in the south, so Tony and Rebecca have fully restored our faith in the process! Would highly recommend!!

I'm in the property now and am really happy with the property and the care I received.
Tony met me at the property to view and he was welcoming and friendly. It was clear that he cared about who I was as a person and not just as a tenant to get in the property. I left feeling positive and excited.
Between them the challenging transition I had of moving cities at the same time as moving jobs, was made so much easier by their care and professionalism.
Thanks guys, would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a home in this area.
