I have to say that I have been very disappointed with your service the following reason:
We could have completed on February 14th (as our buyer desperately wanted) but because your agent continuously told the buyer it would be impossible to complete the conveyancing by then (and perhaps even lucky to do so in March even), it scared them into extending their rental lease a further month and thus delaying completion until March. I was told the same by your agent but our solicitors said it might be possible and it has proven that it was.
I was not updated at all by your staff over the progress with the sale. I was the one doing all of the chasing and updating you. On one occasion I went into your shop to specifically ask you to contact our buyer to see he was happy with the completion date proposed and to exchange. Your member of staff scribbled a note on an already full scrap of paper and then clearly forgot as nothing happened and so I contacted the buyer myself. I informed you when we were going to exchange and complete and when we had exchanged.
The only positive experience was Emma, who was good at what she did.

**Avoid LAMs Out**
I am deeply dissatisfied with the services provided by this agency. Over the past two months, despite repeated inquiries, I received no meaningful updates regarding my property. They consistently gave misleading information, assuring me that everything was progressing well, yet nothing was done.
Despite being told that my property was listed and viewings were being conducted, I saw no evidence of this. Calls and emails went unanswered. When I finally spoke to a manager, he couldn't even find my property in the system, though I could see it listed on my end. The lack of communication and transparency makes it feel like a scam.
After waiting for two months with no progress or proper communication, I strongly advise others to avoid this agency at all costs.

From the moment ive walked in on Abbotts office I was really welcomed!Very nice team ..friendly and efficient.
They were very committed in find me the place I was looking for and always looking for my best interest!
Well....they donne so amazing well that after I bought my flat I decided to keep using them for the renting!
Big shout out for Danielle Lovett..a super star helped me a lot,a superb example of professionalism!!
Very happy with Abbotts experience!!
Altough...maybe a better coffee would be the only point to improve!!But..thats my personal opinion!

We've met Nicola to our first viewing and her warm and friendly personality conquered all the doubts we had. She showed us continuous support during the procedures and encouraged us to don't loose hope. Managed to move into the property a week before Christmas and to us this was like a divine gift. We been dealing with Jenna Vincenza Allen, the biggest lier at Norwich branch! TENANTS BEWARE. Negligent agents facilitating shady landlords to rip off tenants. Landlords left the rental property truly filthy and didn't move out on time - they were still there and had belongings in the rental after I'd started paying rent. I was left without a full set of keys, leaving parts of the property unsecured, Abbotts simply emailed me advising nothing was going to be done about it. Total charlatans, the Fawlty Towers of letting agents. Hugely stressful dealing with an office of lying, defensive agents who refused to actually manage the property. Landlord now attempting to unfairly deduct money from deposit and will have to take to court to resolve the matter. Please avoid like the plague. I paid my rent 3 months in advance - £4,500 at a time and was treated appallingly. Still waiting for an apology despite having sent in a formal written complaint. Their professionalism and morality = zero.

Abbott's at Kings Lynn have been extremely good for my move. I was a little apprehensive at moving as it was a big step but I needn't have worried. Him and his team have looked after us through our entire house move. They suggested using countywide as our solicitor and what a great suggestion that was. Our solicitor was amazing.

We loved th property and was eager to move in and all the tenancy forms was given to us on day of view to speed up the process as she understood we really wanted it and some other poeple had viewed it. So we completed the forms and sent them off and we got again a very quick response that they had taken the property off the market for us to secure which was great news. Then the referencing part took a little time and homelet was abit persistent but Sheridan was still very patient with us and helpful. This finally was completed and we are now 2 very very happy people 1 to take this lovely property and 2 the fact that it was made as easy as possible for us to get this over the line and secure. Thankyou very much!!!!
