Interesting to read the reviews on Crabtree - I was surprised to see any positive ones.
From our experience I would agree it's a shame you can't afford them 0 stars.
The service, or complete lack of it, is probably the worst I have come across (in any area of life). Amongst other issues on a long list, contacts or requests for help were ignored (particularly after the one good manager we had left) - as time went on we couldn't work out whether the staff 'looking after' our property were completely hapless at their job, or were misleading and lazy. We tended to try to give the benefit of the doubt and opt for the former.
Eventually we took the drastic action of registering our own property company and (with the help of other flat owners) removed Crabtree. This was a long and painful process.
We are only now beginning the much needed repairs on our property that Crabtree ignored.
DO NOT purchase a leasehold where they are the managing agent or maintenance company.
