Simply they did not keep promises such as window ad, premium listing, professional photography, and frequent market feedback. Simply they did not keep promises such as window ad, premium listing, professional photography, and frequent market feedback. I am particularly disappointed from the lack commitment and responsiveness by Thomas. Although other staff, Rossele, tried to help, but it is hard to trust new promises.
