Thank you for your feedback. The reason Lucy put pressure on you to exchange was the seller wanted to remarket the property due to delays on your part, and wanted to make sure you didn't lose the transaction. There was no agreed date for exchange, but after the seller put the property back on you exchanged two weeks thereafter ...
