Gill and her team provided first class service at every step of the way. We were properly advised as to value, and the brochure was excellent. The number of viewings of the listing were provided on a weekly basis. We were provided with detailed feedback on the visits, and there was timely and unprompted follow-up with parties who had viewed the property. Once the deal had been done, solicitors were chased to make sure all the questions were answered and the contract signed. This is the way estate agents should operate. First class in every respect!

We were very impressed with the high standard of customer care. All the staff were helpful and efficient and on many occasions went above and beyond their remit. We appreciated their sensitivity and were grateful for their warmth and professionalism at a difficult time in our lives. They had excellent people skills and were able to negotiate effectively when things did not go smoothly. From the first time we met Gill, regarding the sale of our mothers house, her knowledge and integrity gave us confidence in her ability to get a fair deal for us. Fee's always hurt and these were less than other agents, as mine sold immediately they didn't have much selling to do. Maybe a teared rating/ discount for quick sales would help feel like they earn their money but then it was agreed before sale

We couldn't recommended Your Move Gill Cant any higher, we viewed a number of properties with them and other estate agents but they were by far the best.
Their appointment booking system keeps you informed with notifications etc. They are always on the other end of the phone and very helpful in answering any questions.
We were first time buyers so it is a little daunting but they are very professional. Georgia showed us around the properties and ended up being a familiar face and always on time.
All of their team have been helpful and approachable, with advice etc. Vanisha in particular was the go between us and the vendor and helped us get things moving and over the line. Georgia was also always happy showing us properties often late on after work and is nice to chat too.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Your Move to anyone looking to sell, they have have a great team there.

Through all parts of my sale and even my purchase (with another estate agent) they helped me with solicitor issues and much needed advice which made the most stressful time of my life much easier to deal with.

I chose this agent because I had bought a property through them in the past and on that occasion they'd been very good. Not so this time. Communication was very poor. I was checking my property one day and spotted viewers waiting to see another flat, so asked if they'd like to see mine as well. When they entered it they said they'd been trying to book an appointment with no success. Given that I'd offered to do viewings if the agents were stuck I wasn't best pleased and let them know. I received a 'courtesy call' after my flat had been on the market a couple of months, informing me that an identical one had appeared on Rightmove at 15K below the asking price for mine, which obviously worried me. A quick google on my part revealed that the agents were scam artists who undervalued properties to get viewers in then inflated the price (the property has since been removed from the market). I'm astonished that they as professionals didn't know about this company, that I had to email them with this info, & that my email was never acknowledged. I could have been panicked into reducing the price of my property to well below market value. That was the last communication I had with them. I think they got only 2 people through the door in 5 months. I've now gone with another agent, & to the bitter end, total disinterest from them. They didn't ask why I was changing agents, and I had to contact them to recover the key to my property. Very, very disappointed in the whole experience. Had they been in the least bit concerned I wouldn't be doing this review, but they weren't.

BEWARE! GAZUMPED *by Your Move, Fulwood, Preston. DO NOT USE this Estate Agents - left family with young children homeless! We were not told until the other buyers had almost exchanged! We were not even given an opportunity to make a counter offer. They were very rude and unprofessional throughout the whole process with an aggressive manner and refused to give us an explanation or warning. Another estate agents has since described this as 'not usual practice unless house was in an auction - extremely unethical.' We have lost thousands of pounds through solicitors and mortgage lenders fees. Avoid at all costs
