A very poor quality service, bunch of liar running this business. They will lie to you of anything and once you in the property they will black mail you of energy thing. A very poor quality service, bunch of liar running this business. They will lie to you of anything and once you in the property they will black mail you of energy thing. We had a terrible experience with them and then I found out that one of my mate has the same issue and finally they cheat you when the time to return the deposit. Be careful with them!!!! If you have to deal with them then use email about everything

Completely incompetent. I emailed, left a voicemail, called again and when i eventually got through I was given completely in accurate information. I was also told I'd be called back and was not. Completely incompetent. I emailed, left a voicemail, called again and when i eventually got through I was given completely in accurate information. I was also told I'd be called back and was not. When i called again I was told that the property was not take any more viewings unlike their website states and that the property was in actual fact leasehold after being told it was share of the free hold. The Agent said her name was Dominique she was rude and incompetent.

Tenancy incorrect and price reduced without my consent. Tenants left owing 5k in rent arrears. They refused to leave at end of contract and were advised by this branch they could stay on the same wrong monthly rent. I had to serve notice and go to court at my exspense. They stayed for 6mths... Tenancy incorrect and price reduced without my consent.
Tenants left owing 5k in rent arrears.
They refused to leave at end of contract and were advised by this branch they could stay on the same wrong monthly rent.
I had to serve notice and go to court at my exspense.
They stayed for 6mths paying nothing after the notice was served.
This branch then knowingly rehomed them to another unsuspecting landlord.
