I do not recommend renting an apartment to anyone through this agency (Horsham), although we left the apartment in a better condition than we found, they charged money for the demages which was there when we move in. They do not answe the phone and emails when there is any problem… One time I borrowed the key to the agent when she had to show property to people and i wasn’t home, agent swap the keys and left post box key instead of mine, I had to wait 2 hours outside my partner to return from work and let me in, because the agency did not admit the fault and the key was delivered 4 hours later. I cut new key for them and i never got my money back! Avoid this agency in Horsham!!!

We would say the fees were a ridiculous amount of money, previous letting agents we've used have been £320 1st person, £60 after that.

After viewing several properties through several other agents, (none of whom seemed particularly interested in) it was a breath of fresh air to meet Carolyn at Arthur road. After veiwing the property and realising it wasn't quite right for us we had a chat with Carolyn who then went out of her way to set up a veiwing we were previously told wasn't possible later that same day! She was adamant we would love the place and take it there and then if we could go and see it, and this is exactly what we done! Thanks very much 😬

Carolyn is a very friendly individual. She was extremely pleasant and very helpful when first arranging our viewing of the property. She was able to get us a viewing on the same day we phoned and then explained how she really wanted to help us and hoped this was be the perfect property for us. Since we have moved in, she has sent us a 'new home' card which I thought enhanced the personal experience and made us feel very valued. Everyone we have been in contact with at Woodlands have been extremely helpful and just lovely.

Carolyn is very patient and approachable, keeping us well informed at all times. Antonia is always very supportive. They helped us in such a kind and friendly manner, which is very much appreciated, especially as we live abroad.
