Hussain also told me information/sent me documents without hiding personal details of the vendor. As a purchaser, this did not affect me, but I was glad that I was not the vendor.

Winkworth were very speedy to respond to any queries, or requests for things to be fixed in our house-share. I personally valued the reassurance of renting with a national, large-scale and reputable agency who follow correct procedures and perform thorough and sensible checks on new prospective tenants. The staff at the Surrey Quays office have always been friendly, polite and quick to respond - we'd never waited more than one working day for someone to come round to sort an issue.

Any issues we have had have been dealt with quickly and effectively. The service has been friendly and we have particularly appreciated having one point of contact from viewing to moving in and having the property managed.

Dealing with Winkworth Surrey Quays was a pleasure from start to finish. They went the extra mile to get the property listed quickly and were very proactive with finding a buyer.
Hussain was amazingly professional and patient during the whole process and really took care of the details. His communication was very prompt and straightforward.
We had a number of issues to deal with (as you always do when buying or selling) and Hussain was great at handling communication between the buyer and myself to ensure that no misunderstandings could take place.
Selling a property can be very stressful but you definitely felt like things were under control when dealing with Hussain.
A big thank you to Hussain, Alex and the team at Winkworth Surrey Quays.

Hussain's work was exemplary. He was always polite and helpful, working hard to ensure as trouble-free a process as possible. We were the buyers of the property but he still worked hard to communicate with us and keep us up-to-date with what was going on at the vendor's end - recognising that he thus served the vendor's needs too. The service was outstanding and we will definitely use this branch of Winkworth Estate Agents when we want to sell the flat in the future.

Hussain has done an excellent job as our agent so far. The process of viewing, signing for and moving into our flat was seamless, timely and very efficient.
