We were very happy with the way William Charles supported us in the purchase of our new home. We were very happy with the way William Charles supported us in the purchase of our new home.
The day of the move we encountered unforeseen obstacles, which meant us having to pickup the keys to our new home after office hours.
Chris was extremely accommodating as he made arrangements to ensure we received the keys, which put our minds at rest, nothing was to much trouble.
From the viewing to the actual day of moving in, the team were extremely professional, accommodating and helpful always.
It was a pleasure to buy our house through them.

After having our property on the market for over 1year
With two other estate agents and no sale in sight .
William Charles had just opened in our high street
So we decided to try them .
They had taken new professional photo's , which had a better perspective of our property than previous estate agents .
We were so glad we did as soon as our property went live on their books and to our surprise we had an offer on the table at the end of the week .
All completed in under 8 weeks
We would like to thanks Andrea for her personal attention and the way team for their effort regarding the sale of our property .

From start to finish, our experience of selling our house through William Charles was faultless. Andrea was friendly yet professional. She kept us updated throughout the sale process and was happy to liaise between us and our buyers even after the sale was completed. William Charles provided the level of service that other estate agents promise but rarely deliver. Would happily recommend Andrea her team and would not hesitate to use them again in future.
