Didn't even bother to put offer in because someone had placed one well over asking price, which I'm pretty sure is illegal.
They favour their chain, if you haven't sold via them, they'll bump you out and try to sell to someone they have in line.

Very pleased I enlisted the help of White & Guard to sell my Mother,s house who was very nervous & worried about the whole process.
On first meeting, Russell put her at ease & they were fantastic at agreeing most of the communications would be done long distance through me.
They went above & beyond to help with the sale especially Suzanne who personally went to my mother's house with documentation & forwarded to the solicitors, as my mother has mobility issues & wouldn't of been able to manage herself.
Suzanne was always contactable by phone if I needed her & showed great sensitivity to my Mother,s circumstances.
The sale went through smoothly & Mum is now happy & settled in her new flat in Cornwall.
Thank you Russell, Suzanne & the White & Guard team.

A truly dishonest bunch of time wasters and blatant liars.
I was brought in to view a house and told by W&G that it had no previous offers or buyers. On getting to the property it had a SOLD board outside and a concerned neighbour that indicated that it had had 6 previous buyers that had fallen through.
Negotiated a price with the sellers that needed the money for care home fees. On requesting a second viewing, there was no response. Instead a threat that a previous buyer was back and was ready to purchase at my negotiated price. It's illegal to divulge information from a current negotiation to outside parties.
Ruth Hicks the branch Manageress at their Hamble branch was rude and unhelpful and a dishonest estate agent.

Totally underhand, dishonest and lie through their back teeth. I would not trust this company people. They work hard at playing you off to get the price up. Lying about “no more viewings” while the owner considers your offer when really they are having viewings and telling... Read Full Review

I would not trust this company people. They work hard at playing you off to get the price up. Lying about “no more viewings” while the owner considers your offer when really they are having viewings and telling people if they want it they will have to go above the asking price. Absolutely disgusting and underhand behaviour. Would never use them again!
