We have just sold our B&B through West Property and we can't speak too highly of the service we received. From the very outset, we were impressed by the efficiency, friendliness and pro-active approach of Nicola and her team. Our emails, phone calls and messages were dealt with promptly, any concerns were treated thoroughly and respectfully, we were never made to feel as though we were being a nuisance and it always felt as though there was always a personal interest in our sale, as well as a nice lightness of touch and sense of humour when required. More than anything else, we greatly valued the way in which Jodi kept closely in touch with our buyers, checking in with them on a frequent basis to make sure that things were ticking along and keeping us updated of any developments, whether big or small. She worked really hard for us. We don't know how she manages such a personal approach, but she does and it's wonderful!

The fee structure being split into initial pictures costs and separate sale fee is a very fair and transparent way to do things. Whilst no one likes paying fees, you get what you pay for and West is certainly worth the money.

We rented our flat in Tobermory with Nicola's help in 2012. During our 4 years in the flat, we always felt that help was only a phone call away. Communication was always prompt and professional, and the flat inspections were quick and easy, as well as a good way to touch base. Chermain, especially, has been a great contact for us, as she knows Mull and could arrange tradesmen effectively when necessary. As a (now former) tenant, I am very happy to recommend West Lettings.
