I would score the Hythe Branch of Ward and Partners 10 out of 10. Jessica and Mark could not have been more helpful. Jessica took as to view three properties within a set price range to see what we could expect for our money. As we are new to Hythe we did not know the area and Mark provided an excellent map of the. When viewing properties Jessica explained exactly where we were on the map and the local facilities. Although we were not successful with our search on this occason we agreed to keep in regular touch with Jessica and Mark; hopefully your company will be able to sell us a property in the near future!!

Wards and Partners have a very pro-active approach to selling houses and this was evident in the way (big) Mark in the Hythe office operated. Wards and Partners have a very pro-active approach to selling houses and this was evident in the way (big) Mark in the Hythe office operated. He was always courteous, enthusiastic and friendly, as indeed were all the staff, whenever I visited their offices and it was clear that he wanted to make the sale. Having had my property on the market with another agent for 5 months (admittedly over the dreary winter months) with a reasonable number of viewings but no sale I decided to go to Wards as a result of a mail shot they sent me. Mark worked tirelessly to sell my property and achieved a sale 6 months later - a sign of the difficult times - at a very acceptable price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ward and Partners to anyone selling their house as their negotiators work very hard to achieve a sale and there was never any doubt about this, unlike some estate agents who sometimes appear to have a "take-it-or-leave" attitude. Ward and Partners' sole aim is to achieve that crucial sale.

From the initial request for help in selling our property, the Ward and Partners team in Hythe were friendly, professional and courteous. My wife and I felt immediately comfortable in dealing with this Agent. All options were explained clearly to us with no hard sell at all, this unlike some other agents who push their products hard throughout the process of selling and purchasing a home. The brochure, photographs and advertising campaign was exceptional, I cannot fault their effort and commitment to help us obtain the best price possible for our home with the quickest sale possible. The Wards website tracker produced for our regular review was excellent, displaying all activity in the selling of our home. The site is well designed and kept up to date, a very useful tool indeed. In summary, Ward and Partners in Hythe provides an excellent, professional and friendly service with excellent results-highly recommended.

What can we say - we were selling my Aunts house to move her closer to us. Ward and Partners insisted on their solicitors there was no option they said, oh and they prefer their fees on exchange not completion. They came up with 'buyers' who made offers then changed their minds pulled out reduced the price at exchange. Our last buyer was a guaranteed as a cash buyer, and we wanted a quick sale, turns out that they were always getting a mortgage on the property and quote from the solicitor ‘ the agents always knew that'. I have no proof but I suspect a back hander. If you use this agent you deserve all you get. F**kwits is the only thing we have good to say about them.
