Worst agents to hire to sell your property. They definitely do not cooperate with buyers and make it extremely hard for them. We were really interested to buy one of the properties listed by them and when contacted them to book the viewing they first said if you can't offer closer to asking price DON'T WASTE YOURS AND OUR TIME. Then after insisting they booked us to view after SEVEN days and when they came for viewing, their agent did not know anything about property and whatever we asked their response was I DON'T KNOW. When we called again to place an offer, they told us that someone has already placed an offer more than you, their attitude was like DON'T BOTHER.
Because we wanted this property so much that we had paid full asking price even bit more than that but I must say, these agent gave at least a £30k of loss to the seller of that property with their aggressive, rude and lack of knowledge attitude. If you still want them, go for it.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
