I am a landlord and have had the most horrific experience with Up My Street.
*I have never been so badly treated. DO NOT think of entering into any contract with them as not only do they not understand the paperwork they give you, they have no interest in protecting their clients from fraud and actually threatened us when we wanted explanations. DON'T GO THERE! One star is too much

I am delighted to have worked with Kayes who is very professional and helpful, he is always honest with advise and always kept me updated. I was particularly impressed with the quality of potential tenants that were brought to view the property which resulted in a quick let. As a landlady I would say it is more important to have quality rather than quantity of viewings and that is the service I received. I felt that Kayes did his very best to get me the right price for my property and he achieved the asking price. I got the impression that the viewers really liked Kayes and were impressed with his level of experience as they felt he was showing them the right kind of properties for their requirements. I felt that Kayes cared about me as a landlady and my position which was important to me and I received a personalised service. I would definitely recommend Up My Street and Kayes to all landlords.

I have been a landlord for the past 5 years and had nothing but problems with agents to the point I was just going to sell and give up, then I was introduced to up my street a year ago and have found them to be professional, reliable, they sorted all problems out. i am a tenant and I was given a two days notice to find a new place which I thought would be impossible in London. I found upmystreetuk on zoopla and rang them to enquire about a property. They were very helpful and understood my situation. Mike showed me a few properties quite late in the evening after his working hours. He managed to find me the perfect place on the same day and organised every thing the very next day. I just wanted to say thank you so much to everyone at up my street for all their help ...
